The average price range is from about $1,200 – $17,000 depending on the size and magnitude of the event. To hold and reserve your corporate event date(s) requires a $150 deposit ($500 deposit is required for larger events) and a signed proposal.

Depending on the structure of the event, we can host up to 200 guests. We have three buildings that can be utilized for meeting areas or small group breakout sessions and our event canopy can accommodate a large group of up to 200 guests. We do require a minimum of 25 guests. You may still host a corporate event with less than 25 guests but the minimum food charge will be for 25.

All buildings and the event canopy each have Wi-Fi access points installed, allowing for smooth and consistent internet service. Presenters are provided with a unique log-in that provides dedicated bandwidth to ensure uninterrupted presentations and reliable streaming capabilities for remote participants.

The event canopy is equipped with speakers and a microphone for large groups. We also have a projector and two screens that can be rented for $150 per day.

Since every corporate event has a unique structure, our event coordinator works closely with you to create a timeline and itinerary that meets the needs of your event. The minimum reservation time is 4 hours.

Yes, we have a licensed kitchen and provide catering for all events. We have a variety of delicious options to choose from or we can create a custom menu. We can also accommodate for dietary and allergy restrictions. We do not allow outside catering, but you are able to bring in cake or other desserts from a commercial bakery.

Yes, we hold a Class C Liquor license which enables us to provide full bar service for your corporate event. Bar service including beer and wine requires a $100 minimum charge and bar service including beer, wine, and select spirits requires a $250 minimum charge. Bar service for corporate events held on Sunday begins at 12:00 pm. Only alcohol purchased by Southern Exposure Gardens through licensed distributors is permitted due to state regulations of liquor license holders.

While we prefer that the final payment is made at the conclusion of the event, we understand that some businesses may require billing. If billing is required, 25% of the total must be paid 30 days prior to the event (or within 7 days of booking if it is less than 30 days until the event) and the remaining balance will be due within 7 days after the event. Payments can be made by credit card, cashier’s check, money order, or business check ONLY. We DO NOT accept cash or personal checks.
